Obviously cupcakes have become a bit of an obsession.  I've now made five dozen cupcakes (four different varieties) with another one queued up for the weekend.  But they are so delicious, I just can't help myself.  Also, we're in the midst of Birthday Season so we need some special treats.  That's the rule.

I made two batches of Peanut Butter Cupcakes for today - one for the kids to take to their Valentine's Day party, and one for us to have for dinner.  They were a big hit in both places.  They are easy to make, kid-approved, and Marty gave them an Oh Fay! rating.

Edited to add 7/20/08: I made these again last week.  They are a bit more muffin-like than I remembered, but still a good snack.  They almost make you feel like you're eating something healthy instead of a dessert - I don't know if that's good or bad.  Regardless, they were still delicious.
