Every now and then I'm going to feature non-dairy products that we're using at our house.  One of the things I've discovered is that not every non-dairy substitute is one I enjoy, and I love getting recommendations from others for new products to try.  So in the spirit of sharing and all things good, I bring you some chocolate.  And chocolate = love.

I've found a great non-dairy chocolate chip that is both delicious and melts just as well as it's dairy counterpart -   Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips by Enjoy Life.


They are tiny little guys but pack a big chocolaty punch.  If I would have let him, Martin would have put a funnel in his mouth and poured in the whole bag.  I used these to make the topping on the Peanut Butter Cupcakes with Quick Melty Ganache and will try them next in a batch of chocolate chip cookies.  That is, if Martin doesn't plow through them first.
