Marty loves shredded beef sandwiches and suggests it as our main menu item whenever we have guests.  It's his idea of delicious - soft dinner rolls piled high with shredded beef and a side of sauce.  This recipe makes A WHOLE LOT of shredded beef - it's perfect for a crowd.  It also freezes very well (we'll have some from the freezer stockpile this weekend), and can be reheated in a crockpot over several hours, or quickly in the microwave.
