Slow-Roasted Beef, or Matt's Roast
This is my tried-and-true roast beef recipe. Every time I make it, Marty tells me that it's the best beef he's ever had and professes his love for me. This phenomenon isn't isolated to our house either. Kathy's husband Pat has the same kind of reaction. It's been so consistent, that we've renamed this recipe Matt's Roast in honor of our husbands (the combination of both of their names, not our shared husband Matt, although that does sound interesting in a scandalous sort of way).
Try this recipe and make your husband/wife/partner/friend/stranger happy. You'll probably really like it too.
