I've been a bit behind lately in posting recipes as I make them.  So, let's pretend for just a minute that it's still Christmastime and you're thinking about how good a little eggnog would be right about now.  Also, maybe a slice of pie.  Maybe the two of them together just to save some time.  Meet the best holiday treat ever - Eggnog Pie.


It is light and delicious and not too hard to make.  And if you're a non-dairy household, it's a tasty way to enjoy the flavor of eggnog without the dairy.  Or the booze.  But maybe you want to just have that one the side.
